I have bought one zooneboiler set and when i made the order and payment was told me that the system will be in stock in August, after that i have a few technical question concerning the installation of the equipment , and beside all my emails and phone calls, i only receive one email and without answer my technical question, then i quite to ask and decide to wait till i receive the equipment to order the correct material to the installation. Because is August and i still didnt have listening nothing about delivery i email the company and for my surprise was told me that the equipment maybe can be delivered in October!!! Call back to know why was that, but was not possible to talk with the department and was told me someone will contact me after lunch to talk with me. Well, is almost 6pm , company already close today and no contact with me.
That they have respect answering the question, and that they delivery the equipment on the time that was told me.
After talk with Mr. Roland the issues have been solved.
