Hi, I ordered KFC from the store in Utrecht Central and they sent missing item to me when I was really hungry. I wrote and called them (maybe 5 times) requesting to send me the missing item (Hamburger!) and they did not reply. After 3-4 days, they just gave me my money back.It was the second time I ordered from there and same thing happened at the first time. I did not care at the first one (they forgot to put my fries) but now I understand it is common for this restaurant to not to bring/put the food the customers order. I will not try to order from here again especially if I am hungry. It is not a solution to send the money back after 3-4 days.
