De klacht

I made order on web site kleuro.nl, I paid it, but I took error message. I tried to pay again, and I didn't see any information. When I checked my bank account, I had paid twice, but I didn't get e-mail from company. Ok, delivery must take one day. And I didn't get product. When I wrote to custom service, given proof of payment - I didn't see answer 3 days. Finally when I had mention police in next letter they wrote that my order was cancel and money will come back. Now I'm waiting my money...

    I'm still waiting my money, from March of 13. Companies send my strange answer about paypall system, but I don't have paypall account. I used master card.

    Finally, after few my bad reviews, company found my payment and deliveried my order. I lost almost one month, my work time.
