Klacht Kleuro Groep: Poor work of web site and staff
De klachtI made order on web site kleuro.nl, I paid it, but I took error message. I tried to pay again, and I didn't see any information. When I checked my bank account, I had paid twice, but I didn't get e-mail from company. Ok, delivery must take one day. And I didn't get product. When I wrote to custom service, given proof of payment - I didn't see answer 3 days. Finally when I had mention police in next letter they wrote that my order was cancel and money will come back. Now I'm waiting my money...
