Opgelost door KLM: Asking to pay twice for the luggage. Helpdesk error.
De klachtI purchased a flight on the website in March but the reservation didn't go through because of a technical issue.
I've contacted the helpdesk and they assured me that they made the reservation again so I've paid for it.
I didn't receive any payment confirmation but just the tickets for my flight.
Few hours before the flight I discover they didn't put my luggage in.
De oplossingI just want what I was promised the flight with one luggage.
What I made to believe I've paid for.
