Hi

I purchased 2 PUCH EFolk N3 bikes from the Amsterdam store in November 2021. We started having issues with them in June/July so went to the store to see if they could check them over. We were told that they no longer sell the bikes, so it's tough. I said surely they were still responsible as they're under warranty. No, but contact customer services. Did that and kept getting ignored. Eventually, after a friend forwarded a template of yours on, they got in touch to collect the bikes. They were collected on 1st August and we haven't heard anything since. I can only now presume the bikes have been stolen?
Can you help me?

Gewenste oplossing

At this point, we would like a full refund to purchase bikes elsewhere, they've had our bikes for over 5 weeks now - with no word from them.

    I am still waiting for the bikes to be returned and fixed

    I was promise that the bikes would be returned on Tuesday, 13th September . The day went and low and behold..no bikes. It now seems they’ve lost tts batteries and chargers.

    And still I’m not closer to getting my bikes back. Once again they are ignoring my messages.
