Klacht La Souris: Non delivery of 2 electric bikes after service
I purchased 2 PUCH EFolk N3 bikes from the Amsterdam store in November 2021. We started having issues with them in June/July so went to the store to see if they could check them over. We were told that they no longer sell the bikes, so it's tough. I said surely they were still responsible as they're under warranty. No, but contact customer services. Did that and kept getting ignored. Eventually, after a friend forwarded a template of yours on, they got in touch to collect the bikes. They were collected on 1st August and we haven't heard anything since. I can only now presume the bikes have been stolen?
