De klacht

I was sent a laptop with the wrong keyboard and which could not boot past the bios. It took 4 emails before laptop kiosk responded to say that I could return the laptop in different packaging (I did not have original box).
They then insisted that the laptop had taken extra damage and that they would send photos, which took over a month.
I eventually conceded that I would repair the screen then send it back for a refund, but now they are not responding to me, and are not sending me the broken laptop or any money.

De oplossing

Full refund for being sent a non functional laptop. At least to be sent the broken laptop which I've paid for.
