De klacht

I ordered a Sim card with a bundle from Lycamobile online on the 26th of June but I did not receive the Sim card within 7 working days as it mentioned on the website, I called to complain about that but the agent hangs up the call several times at the end they told me we will send the money back within 21 working days, then I waited for one month and I called them back again the customer agent hangs up the call suddenly, then I rang again they told me to wait 7 working days now I have been waiting for more than 15 days and received nothing.

De oplossing

I need to get my money back and compensation for wasting my time and money calling them.

    Kindly consider this mail to be a sincere apology from Lycamobile for the inconvenience caused. We understand how frustrating this might have been for you; The Company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and we do realize that on this occasion the level of service you received was not up to our usual standards.

    We are in the process of refunding the value €27.50 to the same account used for the transaction. Amount would be reflecting with the account in concern anytime soon. Please do revert to us if in case amount does not reflect with the account even after 30 days.
