A newly purchased SIM card with all Holland bundle could not be activated and used. I tried asking for support via the online form, e-mail and by calling the service line from a friend's phone. I received no reply from the first two while the customer support employee refused to speak English and hung up on me.
I would like Lycamobile to either activate my SIM card with the 30-days bundle I purchased or reimburse me the amount paid for it.
