De klacht

A newly purchased SIM card with all Holland bundle could not be activated and used. I tried asking for support via the online form, e-mail and by calling the service line from a friend's phone. I received no reply from the first two while the customer support employee refused to speak English and hung up on me.

De oplossing

I would like Lycamobile to either activate my SIM card with the 30-days bundle I purchased or reimburse me the amount paid for it.

    We request you to try activating the Pin again by dialling *116*67088449# from the SIM delivered for the order. We would appreciate if you could check if everything is working properly and if it does not please help us with the below details for further investigations.
