Opgelost door Media Markt: I bought a Bose QC 20 headphone with sharp noise in Media Markt Ede, but they refuse me to return it.
De klachtI bought a headphone on 09-11-2016. However, everytime when I turned on the noise-cancelling mode, there were always sharp and loud noises from the headphone, which made me headache. So I went back to Mediamarkt the next day for exchange. A staff at client service confirmed the quality problem with others and told me she would check for new ones. But then a second staff came and took over this issue, she refused to exchange new ones for me. She also refused me to return the headphone for hygiene excuses. She send it to repair and ask me to wait.
I bought a broken headphone, why cannot I exchange a new one or return the bad one? I didn't break it myself, it was already bad before I bought it. So no matter it is hygiene or not, I have right to return it! I have contacted Media Markt. Even though they apologized, they still refused my request. They said they cannot sell it to others, but why sell a bad one to others? They promised to call me on 15 Nov unfortunately they didn't.
De oplossingI want either a new Bose QC 20 headphone or have my money back. I don't want to wait. Now I paid for the headphone but I have nothing to use.
I don't want to hear any more excuses that headphones are hygiene products so that I cannot return it. It is already broken before I bought, that why when the first time I tried it , I have already heard the noise. And if Media Markt insists this reason, several staff at client service also tried this headphone, so the headphone were contaminated by many people. It is not hygiene or safe for me to use as well. Why cannot I return it?
Media Markt always addressed that they cannot sell it to others. They only think about their selling benefit rather than my consumer right. Why they sell this problematic one to me?
