De klacht

We bought online an tablet of LENOVO idea tab a1000-f, n art 1261971 for 99e. it was as a gift for a birthday and it was supposed to arrive in 2 3 days. I arrived late after5 days but later we realized that it was not the model we order! This was cheaper (25 euro cheaper) with less memory.
So not only the product was delivered late, and we found out that it was not the one we wanted. the model deliverd was a1000L-F but when we called Mediamarkt they say the mode we wanted was not available, they admited the mistakes and proposed just to give the money back.
I think that after a damn like this, when if it was not for my boyfriend who realised that the memory storage was lower, we would have paid for this tab 25e more than its price and without being aware!after a mistake like this and not be able to subsitute the gift, just a refund us it is not enough.

De oplossing

We want of course to be refund but than eceiving an extra bonus to spend there o some extra benefit to apologize for the damage occured to us, as our friend finally hasn't get her gift, and as we fell teased by the company which we supposed had not the model we ordered so they just sent another one without asking our opinion and refund the difference!

    I have spoken with the Media Markt dptm and they send us their apologiez but said that they have not realized to send the wrong product and offer 10e bonus. As you can understand, considering that after mostly a month, we don't have any tablet, we were about to lose 25e and our friend didn't get her gift, 10 euro bonus is not enough, actually not enough at all. I expect that a large and well known company as Mediamarkt, after a disservice like this we are willing to be fairly recompensate
