I ordered 5 days ago a pc(medion akoya p5256) 1 day delivery from the webshop last week before the vaction ended and I worked the entire vaction for the money for the computer, next day nothing didn't think much of it can happen right?. 3 days passed nothing heard from so I called them they sayed someone else bought the same product at the same day,hour,min sketchy right?. ...But anyway so I wanted my money back so I can buy at a webshop that can deliver what they say, bcc, coolbleu, wehkamp, bol.com and not false advertise cause not an hour later i reefreshed the website and whadayouknow they removed the product, also not sketchy right?. So we made a agrement for getting me a product with the same specs they agreed on calling me a day later.... Nothing got the same answer as in the first call were "sorry"so I demanded my money back finally after 5 days I got everything I started with, gollygee f*cking morons... Ruined my last day of vactation, try to fix that, incomming "sorry" resp

De oplossing

Warning everyone how shit the webshow of mediamarkt is, they are strongly promoting the webshop that they can't even maintain and if you got a problem they just ignore you till they wasted as much time possible. Or the classic were sorry we call you later excuus.
Pls fix your webshop, like don't sell product you don't have thats called false advertising,
Consumer rights.
