Hi,

I was trying to book the phone from Media Markt online webshop. But their online site is so horrible that payment got failed without any error on site. But the amount is debited from my account. I tried contacting customer care and wrote multiple emails, but not even single confirmation of my order. They are not bothering to respond to my emails and customer care is not helping at all. Need my refund at earliest.Please help to sort out my issue.

    Complaint was logged to Media Market on 24th , but still today getting response looking into it and no firm confirmation. Please look into it.
