Klacht Mijn-Gadgets.nl: After payment, silence
De klachtI paid for a product via Ideal, got email confirmation.
Subsequently I received an email from the shop telling me that my order is in behandeling.
After, I got an email that they made a mistake and my order was NOT in behandeling.
All my emails that followed received no answer to the simple question: when am I going to receive my product?
Ive been shopping in the Netherlands tha last 2 years, very often. Im very pleased with all other companies, impecable contact, 24 hours delivery. This is my first bad experience.
