Klacht MyCom NEDERLAND: My computer is taken by Mycom store over a month and a half and they dont give it back!

hello,

I have sent my computer to a check up in My com store on the 13th of November 2018. When giving my computer I asked not to send it to Lenovo since it takes too long and I am leaving the country about few day. it was also agreed that no action will be performed on the computer without my permission first since i had no back up. the situation acording to today 05/01/2019, is that I did not get my computer back yet from the company. The company suggest that several mistakes acorred during the proccess. I have to say I have lost hope to get my computer back (700 euros cost) in addition to my job as a freelancer that got hurt the last month becuse of Mycom. I am wishing to get help in order to get my computer back as well as complain about what the fact no one is trying to help. I visited the store over 4 times asking to get my computer back and all I hear from them are lies and stories.

De oplossing

I would like to get the computer back and check that it is in a good state. further I would like to ask the company for a compansation for the lost time I dont have my working tool.

Uiteindelijke oplossing dear, I still did not get any solution from your side or from the store. In the meanwhile I hear the store closed and that my computer is in Nijmegen now.
