De klacht

Dear Mytrip,

Unfortunately my flight (L2ZQ7O) to Punta Cana on July 26th was canceled. I submitted a refund request for flight L2ZQ7O to Punta Cana on 8th of July through the United website. Today I received an e-mail stating:

Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding. We are diligently working through the unprecedented volume of refund requests received due to the pandemic.
Our records indicate the tickets were not issued via United Airlines. In accordance with our refund policy, also published on United.com, kindly submit your request to your Travel Agent.
Any support for the refund should be submitted to them at the same time as your request is made.
In turn, the Agent will need to submit the refund request to United via the BSP Link by issuing a refund application. Any applicable refund will be processed to the
Same form of payment as the original sale. We recommend you include this email with your request to your Agent.

I also contacted you several times with no response. I kindly ask you to follow the instructions of United Airlines as stated above in bold and offer us a refund for flight L2ZQ70.

I understand that you are busy and a delay in response is expected but so far you did not reply to my e-mails (latest 20-08).
