Klacht NDBD: NDBD and the never sent phone
De klachtAfter more than 4 months of mails and claims, NDBD have informed me that my order has been lost and that they will only refund 50 or 90 euros of the more than 300 euros paid due to I have not suscribed the optional shipping insurance.
I have requested them any document that proves that my order has been sent and lost by PostNL. They have replied that they don't have such a document and that I will only apply for a partial refund.
I have checked some sites on internet, and apperantly this is a common practice from this website.
They must prove that the phone has been lost in transit, otherwise they have to refund the full amount.
