Klacht Nederlandse Spoorwegen: Failed replacement of expired OV-chipcard
De klachtAt the end of last year I received a communication that my OV-chipcard was going to expire on 24/10/2019 And I was going to receive a new one. Since then I haven't received anything. I tried to contact NS several times (8/01/2019 and 30/012019) and both times they said that they were going to send me a new one within 3 working days. On 07/02/2019 I send I complain email and they send back the automatic message that they are going to reply within 5 working days. No reply up to now. I also have a "Voordeelurenabonnement" that I couldn't use during all this time.
