Opgelost door Nederlandse Spoorwegen: Groenewegen en Partners 90 €
De klachtI've called ns.nl to stop my 50 € Dal Voordale subscription around 3rd of February 2015. Employee of ns.nl said that I will receive a letter with instructions to proceed. However I haven't received any instructions and on 11th of February my subscription continued. I received instructions only on 3rd of March (one month later).
Since I didn't pay 50 €, Nederlandse Spoorwegen gave my personal details (address, telephone) to Groenewegen & Partners (debt collecting company) and now they are forcing me to pay 50 € + 40 € incassokosten.
I called ns.nl today (7th of April) and asked them why instructions were sent one month later and why my subscription continued despite the fact that I asked to stop it? They said there was mistake in a system.
My complaint is why do I have to pay 90 € for the Nederlandse Spoorwegen mistake?
De oplossingI will be sattisfied when this 90 € claim will be withdrown from me. I don't want to pay for Nederlandse Spoorwegen mistake.
