Klacht Nelson: 170€ shoe broke on 2nd day of usage, refund denied by shop.

On 2nd November I bought boots with 170€ (receipt no. 97120292246401007976) and on 4th Novber when putting the boots on they broke. On 5th November I take them back and agree to try and fix them. Nelson agree to fix them, today 12th November I go to collect them and I see the way the shoe is fixed will not last. I try the shoe front of the shop assistant and it breaks again. Now I want to return the shoe and buy another pair. I am being told, I can not return the shoe. No reason why, just that I can't return. I don't believe any shoe should break after 1 day of usage and if it does it has flaw on design or the quality of manufacturing. I believe this is reason enough for consumer to ask for return the goods with refund. Could you advice me how to proceed? Thank you.Gewenste oplossing
