Klacht Netpoint Factoring: No invoice sent on time - but making client pay fine!
On the 20th of May 2021 I have received the "laatste herinnering" related to a dentist visit that happened on the 15th of February 2021. The invoice included 15 euro of Administrative costs.
However, I have NOT received neither invoices on this visit nor any reminders. Neither by mail nor by email.
That make me think that Netpoint Factoring makes me pay for its own mistake.
Please return 15 euros to me and make sure that there is no delay of 3 months before you send me the next invoice.
