Klacht NLE: I want a refund.
De klachtNLE charged me on November 24 an extra 15 euro as a fine that i did not pay my bill in time, but i actually paid it in time. I called the client service and they agreed that they had a mistake, but they did refund my money. then i wrote an email, they answered that they will refund my money, but this never happened. then i wrote several emails and nothing happened.
It would be nice if a big company like this would take responsability after their mistakes.
P.s. I m not a client of NLE anymore. I think is obvious why.
