I ordered over €100 barcode paint. sanding paper, Speedmax 2YK , Filler etc etc ,on the 21 of march and as their website promised would arrive the next day , so I expected it to be the day after next !? I received an email on the 22nd of march saying ''your spray-can's are on their way!!1st of all , I ordered much more them just spray-can's!! Second what in the world's name does it mean ''on it's way?'' After I didn't receive any information or tracking code, on Friday the 25th of march, I called, and a very uninterested customers service lied, as I could here it in his voice , said everything would arrive the next day for sure , the 26th of march. I knew that he was lying because I didn't;t receive any conformation or tracing from the postal service they use , also he said that there was a problem , and that they had to order my color code ! . So why do they send the next dat it's on it's way. then receive nothing plus no warning that they themselves had to order, having to call myself , to hear ...there was a problem, and then die again, that it would be there tomorrow ???? Now it's going on to the 29th of march and still nothing, and I wrote them several mails with no response, I even warned them, to not play childish games, and to either tell me if there were to be delay's or cancellations. but this is ridiculous. And what's even more creepy that the Trustpilot overall experience, states ''excellent'' , witch is indeed v very strange, because there's no middle , only very , OTT happy customers or people (like me who actually placed an order, not some bot-service, who claims that they are the buying audience ) extremely dissatisfied ! That's like two days in the week they do not care at all, to continue the next Four working days to be right on target, indeed... not possible , conclusion: fake customer reviews, and a more than misleading score of 4.9 !!!?? So now , I lost a complete week plus weekend , and still no proof of life coming from that scamming Web Store! And I read reviews , something I should have done before letting them steal my money , with not even the courtesy to try and hide it, from people who were waiting for 3 Months , wrote entire letters to the head office and director, too having to waait another Month after that and still having the wrong can's sent and missing can's witch were not refunded ...as I said , no middle all cases who are bas experiences , are looking like a scamming web store that got a deal with another fishy car pGewenste oplossing
Mijn tijd terug geeft, en wat kunnen ze doen? Wat ze kunnen doen is die Bots stopzetten met nep reviews die klanten misleiden , want ze kunnen niet 2 dagen per week een fantastisch bedrijf zijn om de rest van de week topaas; waardeloos te zijn en zelfs geen reacties te krijgen .
