De klacht

problem started friday 19th august. Contacted online.nl - had to wait 8 days for a monteur to come nad fix the problem. Friday 26th august monteur came, and confirmed the problem was fixed, it was in the wiring between the telecom central and my house, he fixed the problem he confirmed. 2 hours after he left the problem started again. I have updated the online.nl helpdek via their facebook account (which has been our regular contact point). I have had zero reply or communication from them, and I am still seeing the same problem as all last week. This is a repeat of the same problem which happened in december 2015, which they fixed, and was working OK until friday 19th august.

De oplossing

repair the problem so that i don't get 300-400 dropped connections every day!!

    We spoke to each other by phone on august 30th.

    My colleagues from the webcare-team told me that your line drops have stopped. The mechanic that was planned for yesterday also gave a positive feedback.

    Could you let me know if your connection is fixed now?

    Schuuring/Online engineer came to my house (monday 5th september) to check the cabling inside my house, however the problem fixed itself 4 days before that. The engineer from Schuuring agrees that something must have been fixed or changed on KPN side, however he confirms KPN saw strange occurrences in the 48hour before the engineer visited my house. So there is no guarantee the problem is really fixed, there is no explanation what the problem was.. moreover this is the 3rd occurence.
