problem started friday 19th august. Contacted online.nl - had to wait 8 days for a monteur to come nad fix the problem. Friday 26th august monteur came, and confirmed the problem was fixed, it was in the wiring between the telecom central and my house, he fixed the problem he confirmed. 2 hours after he left the problem started again. I have updated the online.nl helpdek via their facebook account (which has been our regular contact point). I have had zero reply or communication from them, and I am still seeing the same problem as all last week. This is a repeat of the same problem which happened in december 2015, which they fixed, and was working OK until friday 19th august.
repair the problem so that i don't get 300-400 dropped connections every day!!
