Opgelost door Online.nl: Phone (VoIP) not working, information missing
De klachtProblem 1:
Confirmed date of delivery: August 29, 2014
Until September 11, 2014, connection not working at all. On September 11 and 12 service hotline contacted (very expensive, because of cell phone ...)
After change of wires by myself (hint of service technician), connection (Internet and phone ) working, but after a while modem/router was frozen. After reset of router connection not working at all. Was able to re-enable Internet connection, but not VoIP. Again service called. After a long time on hold, the sevice technican made changes, but after a remote reset of the modem, the connection was lost and the technican was not able to re-connect to the modem. He promised that KPN will contact me in order to check the line, but nothing happened since then.
In my opionion the modem has lost its configuration. If this would be sent to me by e-mail, I can restore it myself.
Problem 2: Got E-Mail address but no Information (password) to use until today. Cannot use Mijn Online.nl.
De oplossing1. Contact to service of Online.nl to make the connection work.
2. Information (password) to use e-mail and Mijn Online.nl.
3. If it is not possible to fulfill requests 1 and 2, cancellation of contract on September 30, 2014.
