Klacht Onur Air: Geen antwoord
De klachtDear Onur Air,
On Sunday 29-07-2018 we left from the Netherlands, Schiphol to Turkey, Antalya. With flightnumber 8Q852. Our flight was delayed by three hours, wich obviously could happen, but when we entered the plane it was still dirty from the previous flight. During the flight the toiletdoor broke and the underparts of the chair came lose.
The door to the cockpit also opened inflight.
This is very disturbing for someone having an extreme fear of flying. With the consequense being that I was very nervous for our return flight. To such extend that I wasn’t able to enjoy the last days of my vacation.
We are looking forward to your response and a possible solution.
