Klacht Pathe: No refund for subscription amount and cancellation
De klachtThe company issued a voucher for subscription amount when it was closed during the corona period, without giving option for reimbursement, or not charging at all in first place. Moreover, the subscription renewed without providing option to user to continue or not. Also, even now, the subscription requires 1 month of cancellation notice, instead of immediate cancellation. They are risking health of their customers and not taking into account the risk group who cannot afford to go to such places even now.
De oplossingThe company should allow immediate cancellation and should not charge for the time period that it turned on the subscription during this period.
