Klacht POSTNL: Criminal company faking signatures and leaving furniture in front of the house

De klacht

When I was ordering a couch, it was delivered by post.nl extra home. I chose the service to bring it upstairs (2nd floor) and unpacking. They should come at 12. At 2pm I received a massage that they´ll be there WITHIN 30 minutes. After two more hours they finally came. Putting the furniture with broken packaging just in front of the house, telling me (in really bad Dutch) that they don´t have time anymore to bring it upstairs and unpack it. I said they cannot do it and I wouldn´t sign the shit. But they just left. I complained about it at the costumer service. They said that they have a formular, which is signed, that it was ok for me that they just left it in front of the house. So not only that they didn´t do their work but they also faked my signiture. That´s crimial!!! The costumer service couldn´t help me any further and also the company of the furniture didn´t felt responsible. I was lucky that some friends could come around and bring it upstairs with me. Which was no problem at all because the stairwell is for Dutch cases quite big. The couch was in three pieces and of course it was quite heavy but not too bulky! I don´t know how this is possible. I even don´t get my money back! It´s a desaster company which I will never choose again!!!
