Maybe this will sound familliar:
Package from Japan arrives in Netherlands , 10 days later deliveride not to destination, but to the Post NL location. Today afternoon I receive notification send 28 Dec , going to Post NL to dicover, that my package was collected to return to sender.
Calling Post NL - already more than one hour on hold .. still waiting.
Seems they don't care at all.

De oplossing

Anybody had similar experience? Is there a chance to catch a package?

    Thank you for your message. I understand that your parcel has been send back to the sender, because you received the pick up note too late. I understand your disappointment and I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you.

    If the parcel has been returned, there's nothing I can not stop this return process. I advise you to contact the sender for a solution and possibly a refund. You are the senders client and you paid them for your product and the delivery. They have an agreement with their own post organization and can possibly start an inquiry and ask for a refund.

    I would like to file a complaint because you did not receive the notification in time. Unfortunately I don’t have enough information yet to register your complaint. Please send me the following information:

    - Wat is the tracking number of the parcel?

    - What is your e-mailaddress?

    As soon as this information has been provided by you, your complaint will be processed further. You can respond by sending a private message.

    Thank you for your information. I have been able to file your complaint, with it we can improve our internal proces and hopefully prevent this from happening again. Again, I am sorry, and I hope the sender can help you with a quick solution.
