2 times a 16g envelope sent to the USA came back with marking as used stamp without any explanation. I have been sending a business letter like this way 20 years and never had any problem until now. I use an envelope provided by an insurance company and their receiving address is PRINTED on the envelope. The sorting AI machine has error and can not read the addressing on an international letter. The PDF file found on their own HP, shows exactly my envelope adressing. Their customer service people at FB, Twitter has no knowledge about International addressing and they accused me of error made by me, they refused to pay me back 2 post stamps wasted by their sorting machine. They should apologize me not accusing of my error which were not error to begin with. It cost me 3 priority stamps and 5 days delayed. 2 times returned without any explanation.

I went to talk to a real personal at Postnl shop, I have explained to her what had happened with my international priority business letter. The shop owner was also very surprised and she told me that I should have come to her when it had happened. She is a real professional and she knows how to write international addressing on an envelope. International addressing is different from a domestic letter. I am very angry about Postnl FB personal who did not admit that the sorting machine's mistake and demanded me to use 3 stamps to send a 16g business letter. I really want to get the 2 stamps back and apology. You cost me so much time and energy to request the refund.
