Klacht POSTNL: Missing Track&Trace Package

I was sent important documents, to be delivered to the following PostNL Location:
Gebroeders Winter / Singel 250 sous, 1016 AB Amsterdam

It was sent on May 28th - and according to tracking was to be delivered on May 29th.
Unfortunately It is now June 1st and my important documents are still missing - the status on tracking now says “Moment of delivery unknown”

Can I please get more information on how to retrieve my package?

    Thank you for your message. I’m very sorry to hear that your parcel has not been delivered yet. I realise that this is very unpleasant for you. I would like to respond.

    I checked the tracking details in our system.This parcel for lettermail was addressed directly to a PostNL location. This is not the proper way to deliver a package at a location with the idea to pick it up there, because this way it’s being handled as a package meant for the location itself. I’m very sorry but I can not investigate this further. I advise you to contact the sender about this. The sender is our client and can possibly start an investigation to find out what happened. The sender can help you out with a solution.
