Hallo sir i am Karwan Samandar
i had
Mail delivered to mailbox from France to Netherlands
and the Address: Laurens Stommesweg 1, 4335 AX Middelburg Netherlands
but the post.nl office writ wrong Address : LAURENS STOMMESWEG 26
i also have photo from my post and the correct Address is your clear see on my post packet! but your Delivered my post to this wrong Address : LAURENS STOMMESWEG 26
this is my track number : LA028773107FR what can i do now
please help me !!!

    Thank you for your message. From your report I conclude that you have a complaint about the delivery of your parcel. The parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. I am sorry to hear that our services did not meet your expectations. I would like to respond to your message.

    I totally understand you would like to get your parcel back. Unfortunately, I am unable to arrange this as the delivery person has delivered the parcel to the address known in our systems. The sender is responsible to provide a clear and correct address. Something might have been unclear or the address might have become damaged during transport.

    If possible, it is best for you to try and get in touch with the person at the wrong address. I am really sorry for any inconvenience caused.
