De klacht

Every tracking informs the parcel is at the pick-up location, but it isn't.
of course I don't have facebook or twitter therefore no help is available, no phone number nor email to solve this???
that's poor!!

De oplossing

I need to request postnl find the package and actually delivers it. and mostly that they are available for customer assistant directly by phone.

    Thank you for your message. In your message I read that you went to the post office to pick up your package, but the package wasn't there. I understand your disappointment and I apologize for the inconvenience. I would like to inform you.

    To get some clarity as to where your package has been left, I called the post office for information. The post office couldn't give me the information I was looking for and therefore I will start an investigation to find out the whereabouts of your package. To be able to start an investigation I need more information:

    - What is your e-mailaddress?
    - Can you please send a detailed description of the contents of the parcel?
    - What does the parcel look like from the outside?

    As soon as this information has been provided by you, your complaint will be processed further. You can respond by sending a private message.
