I tracked the package and it appears that the item has been successfully shipped but I have not received it.

    Thank you for your message. From your report I conclude that you have a complaint about the delivery of your parcel from abroad. It has been delivered, but you have not received it. I am sorry to hear that our services did not meet your expectations. I would like to respond to your message.

    It seems like your parcel has been delivered at your neighbors (house number 881). Please ask them whether they have received your parcel. If they do not have your parcel, it is best to reach out to the sender in order to get a suitable solution. The sender can inquire at the postal service in the country of origin.
