Klacht POSTNL: package not received

De klacht

The package that was posted by me on 22nd December 2019, was not picked by the receiver.
The package was retunred to a pickup point not of my choice, where I couldn't pick it up, because it is open only until 6pm.
Then the package went to some PostNL depot , where it is stuck, since 27 January in some PostNL depot.
I contact regularly PostNL customer service, via chat and e-mail, but the response is: it will be send to you , but we don't know yet when, you have to wait.
The contents of the package is worth 124.29 euro.

I want the package to be send to my address.

Uiteindelijke oplossing
The last email I received was from 10th February. I was asked the following: - van welk merk zijn de schoenen? - welke kleur zijn de schoenen? - hoe heeft u de schoenen verpakt? Er liggen namelijk erg veel schoenen op onze afdeling lost&found. I replied to this email immediately with all the info. For me, it seams that the package is lost. Why I am asked what is inside the package? The package have a label, a track&trace code, how it is possible that nobody can find it?
