De klacht

My shipment which barcode is 3SINOT6583213 (LX650567427NL). Stil in transit from 2019-04-14, when it left PostNL sorting center. Considering, how long the status of package haven't changed, I am sure that package was stolen one of workers in PostNL. I have already three times contacted PostNL Twitter account.

De oplossing

Find out what happened and reimburse or retrieve the package.

    I am sorry but I don't know where this parcel is right now. The sender could start an investigation at the local postal organization abroad.

After many days the package was send back, I don't know if this true. Afterwards, I bought same thing again. I have received it in 13 days. I'm very dissapointed...
