Klacht POSTNL: Package stolen by postman

In thursday 29.08.19 delivery guy suppose to deliver package to door but didn't do that.I was waiting whole day for postman.Status in tracking change for "delivered" but I never received my package!!!!I ask my neighbours because I thought that he leave in some of them but nobody know nothing.Im don't know what to do with that.Please help me to find out where is my package.

    Thank you for your message. I’m sorry to hear that your parcel didn’t arrive and I can imagine that you would like a solution for this situation. I would like to respond.

    According to my information this parcel was delivered at your address on the 29th of August. The parcel was send without insurance, which means that we can not investigate this situation. I’ve registered your complaint about this situation, so this will be dealt with by the responsible department. The manager will discuss this with the persons responsible for the delivery at your address to prevent this from happening again. This conversation will take place at the distribution centre, we will not be contacting you about this anymore. My apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

    I advise you to contact the sender for a solution. You are the senders client and the sender has an agreement with his or her post organization. He or she can possibly file a complaint with them and can help you out with a solution. I’m sorry that there’s nothing else I can do for you.
