De klacht

I have send 4 parcels from Russsia to the Netherlands. 3 of them I got in almoust 2 weeks, but the one of them I waited almoust 3 weeks.
According to russian tracking number CB037382912RU I know that this parcel lwas in the Netherlands (NLAMSA) already on 22. Aug but on the 23. Aug it was prepared for sending back. After that I got no other notifications fron Russian post.
Post NL didn-t get me any information about this parcel. The said no NL tracking number.
Russian post cant do anything when this parcel is the Netherlands.
Attached are information about tracking. On second page its last places in the Netherlands.

    Thank you for your message. I’m very sorry to hear that your parcel has not been delivered yet. I realize that this is very unpleasant for you. I would like to respond.

    I checked the status of your parcel with the tracking number. Unfortunately I have to tell you that this parcel was send back to Russia on the 23rd of August. The reason for return will be mentioned on the parcel itself, I can not see the exact reason. I’m very sorry but I can not stop this process. I advise you to contact Russia Post for more information and possibly an inquiry. If you mentioned a return address the parcel will normally go back to that address.
