Opgelost door POSTNL: Parcel never delivered
De klachtMy parcel is marked as "delivered" but I never received it. Customer service keeps telling contradictory information since 2 days, promised to send a confirmation email which I also never received (after reaching the support line on Facebook, I was told such email cannot be sent...at Post NL, you need to guess who lies between customer support 1 or customer support 2). Unbelievable how bad the service is at Post NL.
De oplossingI want to company to tell me where my parcel is, and if lost/sent back to sender, that Post NL provides a confirmation document.
