Klacht POSTNL: Parcel was not delivered
De klachtI sent a registered parcel from Amsterdam (cost 13 euros) to a correct address in Scotland. The parcel (handled by Yodel in the UK) disappeared for 10 weeks! It eventually it arrived back in Amsterdam with the contents ruined. According to Post.NL, I am entitled to no explanation nor compensation. I paid for a service and did not get it. Customer service is Shockingly bad.
De oplossingI want my costs returned 60 euros for content and 13 euros for postage.
