De klacht

I sent a registered parcel from Amsterdam (cost 13 euros) to a correct address in Scotland. The parcel (handled by Yodel in the UK) disappeared for 10 weeks! It eventually it arrived back in Amsterdam with the contents ruined. According to Post.NL, I am entitled to no explanation nor compensation. I paid for a service and did not get it. Customer service is Shockingly bad.

De oplossing

I want my costs returned 60 euros for content and 13 euros for postage.

    Thank you for your message. I understand that you have a complaint about the delivery of your parcel.

    I am sorry to hear that the parcel was not delivered in Scotland and has been returned damaged to your address. I see that you also received a reaction about your complaint by e-mail on the 19th of July. It is not possible to receive compensation for the damage. I see that the parcel was sent without insurance.
