I sent a mailbox sized post via PostNL to be delivered within the Netherlands. I made my shipping on 21st of June. At first the track and trace status become on 22nd "It will be delivered TODAY" then later in the evening the status became, "we will try our best to deliver today before 22:00". After that the status completely changed to "delivery time is still UNKNOWN". It says on the PostNL website that the mailbox deliveries with track and trace usually gets to be delivered the next business day, but it has been 3 days it still has not been delivered and also I cant even get a proper status update. How can a mail transform into "delivery data unknown" from "will be delivered today". I want to know where my mail is. I cant get a proper help from the chatbot.
I want my mail to be found and be delivered.
