POST NL Bezorger stealing packages

today I was home (with my girlfriend) the whole day. I know that the bezoerger was “on its way” because I saw it the the website.

We both were waiting for the call to the door, but it never happened. I checked the website several times during the day. At 9:20 I saw there that it was “delivered” 30 minutes before. But nobody ever called to our apartment. I went downstairs to the mailbox, and there was nothing about the package being delivered to one of the neighbors. The signature in the “proof of delivery” is certainly not mine.

I want from PostNL to recover my package from the bezorger and deliver it to me. I have never signed the delivery, since the bezorger has not even called to my door. This is case of fraud and theft.

In previous occasions, the bezorger left the package at our doorstep without even calling, signing the package himself. This time, he/she also took the package with him/her.

In the last few months, 3 other packages have gone lost. In fact, this package was an order from a shop in Japan that I had to place after the previous two were lost. This time I requested it with tracking, but that apparently did not stop the bezorger from stealing the package and sign it as delivered.

I hope to hear from PostNL soon.

    Thank you for your message on this website. I understand that your parcel never has been delivered, but on the details on our website you can see that it was delivered on the 6th of April. I can imagine you’re not happy with this. My apologize for the inconvenience.

    Did you ask your neighbors already if they’ve accepted the parcel for you? If they don’t have it, I advise you to wait a few days. It could be that the parcel will be delivered as yet. If you still don’t have it on Wednesday, please contact us again so we can start an inquiry if you want. To start this by then I need some more information. Could you tell me the name of the sender, the content of the parcel and a description of the package?

    so, i live in an apartment block where there are 50 apartments. so if the delivery person feels like delivering to one of the, at random, and does not leave the message of which one, i am suppose to ask all of them? are you kidding me? or this is the kind of service that PostNL gives?. if the packaged has been "signed" as delivered, why should i wait a few days to see if it is delivered? the last 3 that got lost in the last couple of months (unfortunatelly without tracking) never got delivered, why this one shoudl be different??
    if your people is totally negligent, why do not need to wait to initiate an investigation?

    and now, i am sure that nothing will get done, because the package has been finally found. not thanks to postNL since your organization has done nothing apart from doing the best to lost it.
    a neighbour found the package at his doorsted and gave it to me. Please note that the delivery person went to different floor, left it at the doorstep of somebody else, with a completely different name or family name, sign it himself and left it there. it is not that he "delivered" the package to somebody, he may as well tosh it out the window of the van and sign it himself.
    when you are not at home (which we were that day) they are suppose to leave a message saying that they tried. which they did not. after 2 attempts (which they never do), they may try to give it to neighbour, not drop it in another floor without anybody receiving it. and if nobody can or want to take it, they should bring it to some office, like the supermarket Jumbo in our case. your people did nothing of a kind. so please, do not start and investigation and let them keep doing this kind of crap.... I doubt PostNL will exist much longer if this is the service they provide.

    it is funny that you ask me the details to start the investigation. I already provided them when i created this complain. I suppose that PostNL received them as a private message. but of course this is the kind of attention that postNL gives to complains. if you are really going to start investigation, send me a privébericht, and i will send you all the details. you can write in dutch, i have no problem reading it.

    Thank you for your reply. I understand from your message that your parcel has been delivered by a neighbor in the meantime. I would like to reply as following.

    This is not the service you might expect from us. I am truly sorry for all the inconvenience. I filed for a complaint about this using casenumber 04507153.The responsible mail carrier will have a strict converstation about this with her/his supervisor to prevent a repeating situation like this again in the future. You won't get any feedback from this, but if you are curious to find out what happend to your complaint, you are allowed to send us a message via Facebook or Twitter and we will see if they left any details about this converstation.

would be nice if they also mention to whoever does the delievery that this package eventually found its way to me, despite the best effords in the opossite direction by the delivery people. But that does not resove the previous 3 packages that are completely lost . it is really interesting that a complain is open, but you do not any feedback about it. and that if you want information, you have to use facebook or twitter. unfortunatelly i refuse to use one, and i do not even have an account in the other. . ------------------------------------update---------------------------------------------------------------------- . i have an update on this one. PostNL said that that they will talk with the people that does the delivery etc, the also confirm that by mail, but today, we had another package, again we were home and they decided to deliver it to the neighbours. why they can not call to the correct door is a mistery that i simply can not understand.
