Klacht POSTNL: Really bad service!
De klacht1. Postman doesn't ring the doorbell and self decide to delivery the parcel again the next day.
2. Delivery to the wrong address.
De oplossingI think it is not what I want them to do, it is their duty to think about how to improve their service.
My requirement is very simple and clear: Delivery to the right place on time! That's it!
I can imagine PostNL is the biggest B2C delivery company (almost the only one) in the Netherlands that may care nothing about my little complaint.
So I think the best way to solve this is to attract the attention from the regulatory authority. Maybe you, klachtenkompas, can help us with that.
