De klacht

1. Postman doesn't ring the doorbell and self decide to delivery the parcel again the next day.
2. Delivery to the wrong address.

De oplossing

I think it is not what I want them to do, it is their duty to think about how to improve their service.
My requirement is very simple and clear: Delivery to the right place on time! That's it!
I can imagine PostNL is the biggest B2C delivery company (almost the only one) in the Netherlands that may care nothing about my little complaint.
So I think the best way to solve this is to attract the attention from the regulatory authority. Maybe you, klachtenkompas, can help us with that.
