Opgelost door POSTNL: Registered post to Berlin, Germany from Rotterdam has not reached for over a week

De klacht

I sent a registered post of 1044 grams to Australian Embassy in Berlin from Rotterdam on Friday 18-Jan-2013 at 8 am. Its been a week and track&trace shows that my mail is still in sorting process in Holland. I rang customer service on 0900 number least 5 times and they say I need to wait & they can't help. This mail has my life history and my wife and all our family history and it can be dangerous for us if it gets into wrong hands. I explain thsi to PostNL customer service and they do not care, not even to investigate when the mail is still in Holland. I even went to the post office and they confirmed the mail is not with them. This mail has over 1kg of my family history in papers, so please understand that this is very very important. Why can Post NL not start an investigation already? Every day lost is more risky for us. I did tell the Post NL cust service guys Erica, Eric, Paul & so on that I will need to make a police complaint, but still they said I just need to wait. PLEASE HELP

De oplossing

I need my package, I do not need any compensation or anything. I just want my package to safely reach Australian embassy in Berlin or if its still in Holland, please do return it back to me. I really do not want any money, I just do not want to loose all my private information. I do not want an identity theft from strangers. Thsi concerns me, my wife, our parents and family. Please note that you may even return the package back to me at my address in Rotterdam
