Package not delivered since Tuesday, stuck in the system with no updates to online Track & Trace system. Spoke on the telephone with them and they are unable to explain when the delivery will arrive or when the systems will be updated. They told me I need to complain to the sender about why it has not been delivered yet!
To tell me when the package will arrive (or at least update the online system so it is possible to follow the delivery)
