Klacht Quickynette: Damage to curtains that I brought to be cleaned
De klachtI brought two curtains to be cleaned. One was damaged in the process, it cannot be fixed. I asked to be compensated for the damage, but the owner, Musa Ciftci, says he is not responsible and that he will not compensate me for this damage. I was very upset, but polite tried my best to find a solution. He was rude, defensive and said the damage was my fault. He told me to come back the next day, but when I returned, he said the same thing, that there is nothing he can do. Over two days, we argued and discussed for more than four hours, with no result.
De oplossingI would like to be compensated in the amount of 158 euros to replace the material of the damaged curtain, even though the actual cost to me would be much higher, and a refund of 50 euro which I paid for the cleaning.
