Klacht Rentalcars.com: Abusive practice regarding time of pick-up
De klachtI reserved a car at Chania airport through rentalcars.com. I arrived to pick-up the car 2 hours later that my requested pick-up time. The car was not available anymore, and rentalcars.com refused to fully reimburse the paid amount. This practice is abusive, as they are exploiting a resource (car rented to other people), for which I paid. It would be like arriving late to a hotel, and finding that the room you paid is not available any more, so they keep both the room and your money.
De oplossingI want a full reimbursement.
