Opgelost door Samsung Electronics: Geen antwoord voor echt lang tijd
De klachtI send my defect mobile phone to them after asking me to do so by them - I received information to let me know that I send my phone but after I sent and wrote about it to them I don't have any reaction from them.
As my charger started to burn during night, I tried to unplug it and phone fall on flor and broke. First I just brought it to shop where I bought it but my claim was refused so I contacted Samsung directly. First I was called 3 times and it seemd that they treat it seriously but then contact was lost. I had to write many e-mails and also 'chat' with them by website and finaly they told me to send this mobile phone to them. This was the last thing I heard from them. Now I don't know what is going on with phone and how problem will be solved.
De oplossingNow, because of not serious approach of company, I want my money back.
