My ticket was cancelled 6 months ago and Schiphol Tickets have still not refunded me. They keep telling me they need a respond from the airline but when I spoke to the airline they told me they refunded Schiphol Tickets.
I would like a full refund for my cancelled return ticket from Australia. I had to buy a new return ticket which cost me more than the original ticket. I feel like Schiphol Tickets are trying to steal my money for their own good.
My claim has NOT been handled. For the past 6 months I have been trying to get my money back and I am either ignored or told that my claim is still being handled by the airline and once you hear back from the airline it will take 2 - 3 days. This is ridiculous. The airline told me they would give me my money back. I don’t believe SchipholTickets.
