De klacht

Wacht al sinds mei op mijn geld word constant aan het lijntje gehouden vreselijk dit ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug. Ik boek nooit meer bij hun. Asociaal bedrijf gewoon andermans geld niet terug willen geven. Je bent dan gewoon een vreselijk bedrijf. Ik heb er gewoon geen woorden. Als ik advies mag geven: BOEK NOOIT BIJ DIT BEDRIJF.

De oplossing

Wil mijn geld binnen een week hebben. Zo niet dan ga ik met mijn advocaat procederen tegen dit bedrijf geld is niet van hun.

Dagvaarding staat klaar. Maar geef het nog 1 week

    We are aware that some refunds are being delayed longer than usual, due to airlines taking a long time to approve refunds. The approval of the refund by the airline is an essential step so that, later, the travel agency can make the refund of the corresponding amounts.

    In any case, one of our agents has checked your case with the airline, and confirmed that the refund is pending to be approved by the airline. As soon as it gets approved, we will proceed with the refund in a matter of days, but unfortunately we don´t know how long the process on the airline side will take.

    You must have received an e-mail with all the details (this e-mail has been sent to the same address you indicated in the purchase process). Please don´t hesitate to follow up through this e-mail thread with our colleagues from Advanced Customer Support team, if you need it.

    Attached there is the copy of the e-mails that our colleagues sent you recently.

    The table attached is the proof that we have requested the refund to the company. You can contact the company with these numbers and the airline should be able to confirm you they are pendig to be approved.

    We understand your frustration with the delay of the refund, but unfortunately there is nothing else we can do to speed up the process.
