On 2 June 2012 we ordered a sofa. During the purchase we had a promise from the seller that it will be delivered not later than 12 weeks from the purchase date. Now it's a 14th week and we still have no idea when it will arrive. We tried to contact the seller by phone and were told that in 1-2 days we'll be called with the answer. That was a week ago, no answer yet. We also went directly to the store - output the same, nobody knows when it will arrive. We also cannot return our money as the seller refuses to do so. This is the worse experience with the store we had so far in The Netherlands.
We would like our sofa to be delivered as soon as possible or money to be returned
